3 Cancellation Policy
-Cancellations before 1st of May 2024: 75% of fee will be refunded.
-Cancellations received after the 1st of May 2024: fee non-refundable.
-Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference asf2024@aegean.gr in order to receive any possible reimbursement.
-Refunds will be processed after the end of the conference.
-Please ensure that the participant’s full name is stated on all payment related documents.
